Story

SMOKEY - ID#A046424

Hi, my name is Smokey.  I am a male, gray tabby Domestic Shorthair.  The shelter staff think I am about 8 months old.

Smokey is a shy but very sweet little boy who you just want to pick up and snuggle when you see his cute gray face.  He's a little too shy at this point to allow that, but with the right home we think he could blossom into a very loving kitty.  He loves to play with laser pointers, and gets along extremely well with other kitties.  He's also very treat motivated, which allows us to coax him close to us and get in a few pets while he is enjoying his treats.  If you'd like the satisfaction of turning a shy, fearful kitty into a love bug, please consider this sweet boy.  He just needs to learn that there are good people out there who will make him feel safe and secure.
