Story

POPPY - ID#A046419

Hi, my name is Poppy.  I am a female, brown tabby Domestic Shorthair.  The shelter staff think I am about 8 months old.

Poppy is a beautiful little brown tabby who loves to play - and eat treats.  She was abandoned by her owners and has been somewhat shy while here at the shelter.  However, with the help of some play and treat therapy, she's slowly coming around to liking humans.  With regard to treats, she especially loves the Churu packets, and will climb on your lap to get her treat while purring loudly and persistently. This is when we give her lots of pets and affection.  She, like her fellow suite mates, love laser toys and will careen around the suite chasing that red dot.  Once she is safe and secure in a new home, we would expect to further come out of her shell and be the sweet and funny girl that we know she can be.  Please give this little girl a chance at a forever  home - she's definitely worth it.
