Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Assistance

At Pet Project Foundation, we believe that prevention is one of the most compassionate ways to protect animals. Spaying and neutering helps reduce unwanted litters, prevent certain health issues, and ease the strain on local shelters.

To support our community, Pet Project Foundation (PPF) is partnering with Furever Family to provide access to low-cost spay and neuter services for low-income pet owners.

While we work toward opening our own low-cost surgery clinic later this year, this partnership ensures families have a reliable, affordable option available now.

Program Details
  • This program is available for both cats and dogs.
  • Furever Family operates the spay and neuter program at Healing Hearts Emergency Animal Hospital located at 23501 Avenida De La Carlota, Suite D in Laguna Hills
  • Our sponsorship prioritizes residents of San Clemente, Dana Point, and Capistrano Beach, but assistance may be available to other qualifying low-income households as funding allows.
How it Works
  • Complete the online application through Furever Family.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your surgery appointment. This deposit is applied toward the procedure.

  • If your application is approved and funding is available, Pet Project Foundation will sponsor the remaining eligible spay/neuter costs.

Please be sure to indicate on your application that you were referred by Pet Project Foundation (PPF).

All applications, eligibility requirements, scheduling, and documentation are handled directly by Furever Family.
