AMARETTO (A046021) is a young spayed Cinnamon female rabbit, orange with black highlights. She was about 6 months old when she arrived at the shelter in May 2021. Amaretto is a fun, friendly girl. Her most striking feature is her HUGE ears! She loves to zip around, checking things out when she's in new environments. She isn't crazy about being picked up and held, but she does enjoy some nice head petting. Amaretto has great litter box habits and would make an entertaining house rabbit for a lucky family!
BLACKBEARD (A047542) is a neutered male agouti dwarf lionhead mix rabbit. He was about 7 months old when he arrived at the shelter in April 2022. Blackbeard is a curious bunny that likes to keep on the move. He doesn't mind being held for short periods and enjoys pets. He is used to being handled by older children. Blackbeard has good litter box habits and will make a great addition to a family willing to give him a loving, indoor home!
CECILY (ID A033585) is a dwarf mix ruby-eyed white spayed female. She was about 2 months old when she arrived at the shelter in July 2015. Cecily was part of a litter dumped at a local park with her siblings and mother Trixie. Cecily is a real sweetie and is easy to handle. She loves pets, but only on her terms. Cecily is a little shy and uncertain but warms up to you once she gets to know you. She has good litter box habits and would make a lovely rabbit for a home willing to give her the attention and love she needs!
CHEWBIE (ID# A033730) is a cute-as-a-button little Dutch dwarf mix brown-and-white spayed female rabbit. She was about 3 years old when she came to the shelter in August 2015. Chewbie likes to think she's a tough girl, but she's enjoys cuddles and pets once you pick her up. She's very opinionated and lets people know when she disapproves of things, so she probably would be best in a home with experienced rabbit owners without young children. She has also let us know that she definitely disapproves of other rabbits, so she'd be best in a one-rabbit home. Chewbie is great with her litter box and would make a fun companion for a rabbit-savvy family! She is currently in foster care, so please contact us at email@example.com or call 949-595-8899 if you'd like to arrange a meeting with her.
HOPPER (A047860) is a sable-colored dwarf neutered male rabbit. He was about 8 months old when he arrived at the shelter in May 2022. Hopper is the epitome of the Energizer Bunny! He is in almost constant motion, only taking very short rest breaks when he's out for exercise. He loves interacting with people and is super-friendly. Because of his boundless energy, he would probably do better in a home with an experienced rabbit owner. His litter box habits are improving now that he's been neutered. If you're looking for a real character of a bunny, Hopper is waiting to charm his way into your heart!
JUSTINE (A046024) is a beautiful black-and-white Dutch spayed female rabbit. She was about 3 years old when she arrived at the shelter in May 2021 and has been vaccinated for RHDV2. Justine is a very self-assured rabbit. She knows what she likes and wants and doesn't take a lot of nonsense from humans. She *loves* food, especially veggies and treats, and will deign to be friends while you're feeding her, but she isn't really crazy about being picked up or handled, and will sometimes grunt her displeasure. She's really a fun rabbit in spite of her "tough girl" act, has good litter box habits, and will make a great rabbit companion for a family who is willing to acknowledge the fact that she is, after all, the queen of the house!
MARSHMALLOW is a spayed female lionhead lop, white with blue eyes. She was about 6 months old when she arrived at the shelter in March 2022. Marshmallow is an active, friendly girl. She loves pets and is easy to pick up and hold, although she doesn't like sitting still for long. She enjoys exploring new areas, rearranging her surroundings (the litter box *has* to be in the middle of her space), and getting lots of treats! She has excellent litter box habits and would make a cute and entertaining addition to a loving indoor home.
MICKEY (A047543) is a young neutered male dwarf fuzzy lop mix, white with a few gray spots. He was about 7 months old when he came to the shelter in April 2022. Mickey is a sweet little bunny with a gentle personality. He doesn't mind being held although he isn't crazy about being picked up. He was handled by older children when he was young. Mickey has good litter box habits and will make a nice addition to a family willing to giving him a loving, indoor home!
SERENA (ID A039595) is a cute ruby-eyed Florida white spayed female. She was about 7 months old when she arrived at the shelter in February 2018. Serena is a sweet girl, although she's a little shy around people she doesn't know. She definitely has preferences in humans. If she decides she likes you, she's easy to handle and doesn't mind getting a few snuggles. Serena has good litter box habits and would be a fun bunny to have around the house!
SUMMER is a beautiful black-and-white Dutch female rabbit. She was about six months old when she arrived at the shelter in April 2022 and is spayed and vaccinated for RHDV2. Summer is a confident bunny who enjoys being around people. She is affectionate (she will give you lots of kisses if you play your cards right) and doesn’t mind being handled—though she will certainly let you know when she’s over it. Her likes include being petted, zooming around, being underfoot, treats, and cardboard boxes. Her dislikes include bathrobes, towels, heavy metal music, and other bunnies. Summer is great with her litter box and would make a great companion for a family without small children.
